Air filter regulators 1850-8100 l/min, 1/4″~1″, 25 µm (SA-WU) with pressure gauge

The SA-WU filter-regulator is a "two-in-one" device — a filter-moisture separator and pressure regulator in one body, with an installed manometer and bracket, which are included in the equipment cost. The filter-regulator can have a thread G1/4″, G3/8″, G1/2″, G3/4″, or G1″ for connection to the air duct after the compressor and serves to prepare compressed air immediately before supplying it to pneumatic tools or actuators. This block performs several functions:

• Cleaning air with a replaceable filter element from solid particles larger than 25 µm (a filter element with a filtration fineness of 5 µm can be installed);
• Separating and removing liquid moisture and compressor oil from the compressed air;
• Reducing high inlet pressure after the compressor and maintaining the set output pressure in the range of 1.5 to 8.5 bar before supplying to pneumatic tools.

The filter-regulator of the SA-WU series can be used on any industrial equipment or tool where pressure regulation accuracy of ±0.5 bar.

This air preparation block has an aluminium housing coated with powder paint, a plastic adjustment handle, and condensate collection bowls made from transparent technopolymer with or without a protective bowl.

In the standard supply set, this preparation block comes with semi-automatic condensate draining, meaning the condensate is drained when the pneumatic system is disconnected and the pressure in the filter-regulator drops. You can also purchase the SA-WU air preparation block with automatic condensate drainage by ordering the recommended condensate drainage device SA-ZDPS.

The SA-WU air preparation blocks separate only droplet moisture. This means this filter is not capable of separating moisture that is in a vapor state in hot air after the compressor and may condense in pneumatic equipment during air cooling. For effective moisture removal, you need to use refrigerant dryers or absorbers after the compressor.

If necessary, this air preparation block can be equipped with a detachable filter element of 5 µm (this filter element can be found in the related products). Filtering elements made of bronze or polypropylene are consumable materials for filter-regulators and need to be replaced with new ones after contamination.
