Description
Industrial air filter 1″ for pneumatics SA-FU60-25 is intended for moisture separation and removal of solid particles from compressed air 25 µm, ensuring normal operation and long service life of pneumatic tools, valves, distributors and cylinders. The air filters of the SA-FU60-25 series can be used in pneumatic systems with a pressure of up to 10 bar (up to 12 bar when equipped with a metal protective cup). They connect to the pneumatic line using a G1″ inch thread.

Additional information about the filters SA-FU60-25
Do not select the filter size "for reserve" — with too low air consumption, moisture separation is inefficient.
The filter is also capable of only separating droplet water, meaning that hot air compressed in the compressor must be pre-cooled to condense a fraction of the water in a vapor state. For effective moisture removal, refrigerated dryers or adsorbers should be installed after the compressor.
This type of filter by default has a semi-automatic condensate drain from the bulb — after the pneumatic system is turned off and the pressure drops to 2 bar, the condensate drain valve opens and moisture is removed from the filter. Do not allow the filter bowl to fill above the maximum mark. For continuously operating pneumatic systems or with long switching intervals, we recommend ordering an automatic condensate level drain SA-ZDPS together with the filter.
Filter elements made of bronze or propylene are consumables and must be replaced with a new one after contamination. The filter's filtration level can be increased by replacing the standard filter element with a 5 µm filter element, which you will find in the related products. When using 5 µm filtration, it is advisable to install an additional pre-filter of 25 µm.
