The SA-RP series precision regulator is capable of providing high accuracy air pressure setting: 0.2% of the regulation range. These regulators are used for dosing systems, precise force regulation, and paint feed intensity control for powder coating guns.

Constructively, the SA-RP is a dual diaphragm regulator with output pressure feedback, so unlike classic pneumatic regulator models (RN, RU, RM series), precision regulators are capable of maintaining a set output pressure level regardless of consumer demand.
During operation, the SA-RP precision regulator continuously releases compressed air through special holes. The volume of released air does not exceed 5 Nl/min. This is necessary for the normal operation of the regulator, so do not block the regulator's holes.
The precision regulator is picky about air quality. The particle size in the air supplied to the regulator should not exceed 5 μm. The air must not contain compressor oil residues. If necessary, an oil mist separator should be installed after the precision regulator, not before it.
We recommend the following assembly to ensure long-term, uninterrupted operation of this device.
For quick and convenient disconnection and connection of air to the regulator, the SV-I valve, which is available in related products, is used.
