Technical specifications
Description
The pneumatic lubricator (oil sprayer) of the SA-LU series is used for lubricating tools, cylinders, or other pneumatic equipment by adding mineral oil particles to the supplied compressed air. Recommended for pneumatics are ISO VG32 class mineral oils type D DIN 5150 with a kinematic viscosity of 32 mm2/s, which significantly reduce friction of moving parts and extend the service life of components. An adjustable throttle is provided for regulating oil flow volume.
SA-LU lubricators can be used in pneumatic systems where the inlet pressure is 0-10 bar (1 MPa), and the air consumption of the consumer is up to 8100 l/min.

Additional information
- The lubricator is installed bulb-down, in a strictly vertical position;
- When mounting, consider the direction of the air flow indicated on the body as an arrow (or the “IN/OUT” inscription above the inlet-outlet ports);
- To adjust the amount of oil particles in the compressed air, use the adjustment screw. The number of drops per minute is visually determined through the transparent cap on top;
- Do not stop the lubricator operation after the initial oil supply to the pneumatic system. Control the level in the bulb and timely refill the air lubricator;
- Oil is refilled up to the mark indicating the maximum level;
- Pneumatic tool lubrication is carried out with oils that meet the ISO VG32 class standard (Type “D” according to DIN 51502).
