Description
Three-phase motor choke 390A, 380V, 185 kW, 0.018 mH OCL-0390-018U-0.4SA is installed on the output of the frequency converter for current filtering supplied to three-phase electric motors 380 V. The purpose of the output electric choke is as follows:
- Creation of inductive resistance, which limits the motor supply current, thus preventing overload and damage;
- Preventing sudden current surges during motor startup, which can lead to equipment failure;
- Cleaning current sine wave from unwanted high harmonics (high-frequency noise) that occur in the electric drive.
Use the AC output choke in the circuit between the inverter and the asynchronous electric motor to improve drive power quality and ensure safe and long-term operation of the equipment.
