Description
Model SVV-SPC-20-WS is an industrial vacuum suction cup made of silicone with a 2.5-bellows volume of 2 cm3 and diameter 22 mm, designed to operate from an ejector vacuum generator or pump. Nominal vacuum depth is -60 kPa, and suction force is 3.5 N.
Bellows suction cups with 2.5 folds on the surface provide flexibility in vacuum gripping — allowing it to attach to significantly convex and concave plastic surfaces, effectively gripping packaging carton boxes, and gently moving them. Industrial silicone suction cups are softer and provide delicacy when contacting the object compared to rubber NBR. They can be used individually or in a group installed on a mounting plate. Recommended hose diameter is 6 mm, and vacuum supply pipe should be as short as possible, but not more than 2 m.
