Ball valve 1½″ stainless PN16 DN40 with internal thread SCBV-Q611F-16FC-40

SCBV-Q611F-16FC-40 is a stainless steel ball valve with a three-piece construction and full bore diameter DN 40. We offer a threaded valve with G 1½", but can also supply this model with flanged inserts, for welding or clamp connection. All variants of ball valves will have an ISO standardized platform on top for mounting an actuator or handle, an anti-static device, and stem leakage protection.

Industrial ball valves with diameter DN40 have high corrosion resistance suitable for cold and hot water, steam, and are fitting for many potable drinks and food mixtures containing mild organic acids, petrochemical products, and various chemicals. Initially check the compatibility of the liquid or gas composition with the standard valve materials — PTFE Teflon and AISI304, and if unsuitable, you can order from us in cast iron or stainless steel 316, with seat seals EPDM, Viton, or others.

The standard valve has a nominal pressure of PN16. On request — reinforcement, PN25, PN40, PN64.
