Description

Flanged butterfly valve with rotary disc series SCBF-BV2-6JA-200 is used for air-gravity transportation of fluent bulk materials (granules, concrete, sand, etc.) at low pressure PN0.1. The series is designed for pipes to silos and bunkers with a nominal diameter d 200 mm. This pipeline valve is mounted using flange fittings with additional rubber sealing between the pipe and valve, which is included in the base configuration cost SCBF-BV2-6JA-200 Specialist.

By default, we supply valves SCBF-BV2-6JA-200 with cast iron discs, NBR seals, and a body made of unpainted cast aluminium, which reduces product weight. On request, we manufacture valves with rubberized discs and other materials.

At the customer's choice, rotary disc valves for pipelines and bunkers of bulk materials can be equipped with a set:

platform-bracket for pneumatic or electric drive, connecting shaft according to ISO (in the form of an octagonal star)
adapter for connecting the shaft damper drive to square
manual control
pneumatic actuator RST/RAT for operation in both "open-close" mode and with flow adjustment by pneumatic positioner
