Compact pneumatic cylinders with anti-rotation platform, double-acting and single rod exit, SC-ANDR series manufactured according to ISO 21287:2004, featuring standardised mounting dimensions and a T-slot for position sensor installation. The SC-ANDR series by "Specialist" is interchangeable with pneumatic cylinders of ISO 21287 from other manufacturers and of higher quality than the SC-JDR series.
This type of pneumatic cylinders is often used on packaging lines for label application, where medium force is required for pressing.
The SC-ANDR series is a double-acting pneumatic cylinder and has two threaded ports, M5 or G1/8″, for compressed air supply. It operates with air pressure from 1 to 9 bar. The pneumatic cylinder does not have air cushioning, with rubber washers on the piston used for dampening.
