Three-piece adjustable ball valve DN 15 threaded 1/2″ inch with electric actuator SCBV-Q611F-16FC-15-HL-05-A is by default made of stainless steel and is used for automated control and regulation of flow proportional to the signal 4-20 mA in water pipelines, drinking water dispensing lines and food mixtures, petroleum products, and chemicals. It is mandatory to check the compatibility of the liquid or gas composition with the valve materials: PTFE-Teflon and AISI 304. If necessary, call and order from Specialist the same ball valve with electric actuator, but made from different materials.

Standard configuration SCBV-Q611F-16FC-15-HL-05-A includes:

• Full-port ball valve, providing the highest flow capacity as the ball size of the shut-off element matches the diameter of the pipeline.
• Three-piece valve body consists directly of the housing and two detachable socket ends (threaded part) with internal thread 1/2 inch 1/2″. We also offer flange ball valves for order, welding inserts, or clamp connections.
• Standardized mounts F05/F07. The ball valve and electric actuator have flanges connected according to ISO 5211/DIN 3337, ensuring full compatibility and interchangeability of equipment, and providing reliable installation compliant with EU and Ukraine standards.
• Flow regulation proportional to signal 4-20 mA. Virtually any industrial PLC supports 4-20 mA output and can control the electric actuator, but if necessary we supply 1-5 V and 0-10 V.
