Description

Stainless Steel Ball Valve 1/2″ (DN15) SCBV-Q611F-16FC-15 is a 2-way full bore valve with a stainless steel AISI 304 ball, PTFE sealing, a disassemblable 3-piece body with couplings with internal cylindrical pipe thread 1/2 inch and a universal mounting platform ISO 5211 F03, suitable for manual, electric or pneumatic actuator installation, such as pneumatic actuator models SC-RAT32, SC-RST50 or HL electric actuator.

The use of the two-way SCBV-Q611F-16FC-15 ball valve is allowed in all types of plumbing systems: for hot, cold, drinking water, and steam. They may be used for various food mixtures and suspensions, petroleum products, and oils, provided they are compatible with stainless steel and PTFE.

The three-component housing has detachable coupling connections, joined by studs, ensuring reliable sealing of the ball valve under pressure and allowing for disassembly for repair (ball replacement). The nominal pressure is PN16 (Ru 16, that is 16 bar). On request, the stainless steel ball valve can be manufactured with reinforcement for high pressure up to 64 bar. Full bore design means the diameter of the ball matches the size of the connected pipeline, i.e., DN15 mm.
