Double-acting pneumatic cylinder with through rod and adjustable stroke ISO 6431 series SC-DNGJ manufactured in Ukraine is a rod-type power pneumatic cylinder that can move heavy objects or apply large forces — up to 48,641 Newtons (7 bar, 320 mm). They can replace a standard pneumatic cylinder ISO 6431/15552 from another manufacturer.
The piston is manufactured in a standardized size range — from 32 to 320 mm. The stroke length of the pneumatic cylinders can be any from 5 to 1500 mm, which can be adjusted using mechanical limiting.
An integrated adjustable air damper in the cylinder provides smooth piston stops at the end of the stroke, to dampen the impact force on the front or rear cover. Using a special screw, damping can be adjusted to achieve a more rapid or slower piston stop.
The double-acting design enables stroke control via compression and release of air through two threaded ports from G1/8 to 1/2″. High pressure up to 12 bar is allowed.

By default, the cylinders have a rod made of nickel-plated carbon steel with an external metric thread M10-27. On request, the rod can be made from chromed stainless steel, without threading or with slots, etc. The housing and end caps are aluminium.
