DU 65 Specialist Gate Valve is a shut-off and regulating valve for pipes with a diameter of 65 mm, which can operate in both 'open-close' mode and regulate flow.

DU 65 Butterfly Valve

DU 65 Specialist Rotary Disk Valve is a versatile shut-off and regulating valve that can operate with stops in intermediate positions to regulate the working medium.

Features of our butterfly valves:

• cast iron DU 65 gate valve WCB. Unlike grey and malleable iron, the WCB disk is better at withstanding impacts, vibrations, and water hammer, designed for higher pressures and temperatures. It comes standard with an EPDM seal.
• stainless steel DU65 gate valve features a cast disk CF8 or CF8M. Chemically analogous to AISI 304 and AISI 306 these are generally used construction materials. The casting technique for CF8/CF8M is ideal for gate valve disks operating under pressure. The seat is made of EPDM or high-temperature PTFE (white).
• wafer type DU 65 disk valve is compactly sized for installation between flanges welded to the pipeline, with fixing and securing of the valve done by tightening bolts. Custom options include threaded lugs for bolted connections when it is preferable to keep the pipeline closed during maintenance and only remove one side. Standard options are designed for Ru10 and Ru16.
• flanged DU65 disk valve is more expensive than the wafer type and is only supplied upon order. Typically ordered for pressures exceeding 100 bar or as shut-off devices for the oil and gas sector.
• disassemblable DU65 disk valve is repairable, unlike non-disassemblable ones which cannot be taken apart without damaging the shaft, seals, and seat.
• DU65 valves with electric drive SC-HL are controlled by a powerful asynchronous 4-20 mA and, more rarely, by switches. Custom orders can be supplied with different power supplies and signals in Volts.
• DU65 valves with pneumatic drive SC-RAT/RST have the highest reliability standards.

DU65 Wedge Gate Valve

DU 65 Specialist Knife Gate Valve is a shut-off valve for blocking the working medium where there may be solid inclusions in the liquids. Hence, they are also known as 'slurry valves'.
