Description

Flanged butterfly valve with rotary disc series SCBF-BV2-6JA-150 is used for air-gravity transportation of free-flowing bulk materials (granules, concrete, sand, etc.) at low pressure PN6. The series is designed for pipes to silos and bunkers with a nominal bore diameter of d 150 mm. This pipeline valve is installed using flange mounts with an additional rubber seal between the pipe and valve, included in the basic SCBF-BV2-6JA-150 Specialist package.

By default, we supply valves SCBF-BV2-6JA-150 with a cast iron disc, NBR seals, and an unpainted cast aluminium body to reduce the weight of the product. Upon request, we manufacture valves with disc rubber lining and other materials.

Customer-selectable rotary disc valves for pipelines and bulk material bunkers can be equipped with:

Platform-bracket for pneumatic or electric drive, connecting shaft ISO (in the form of an octagonal star)
Adapter for connecting shaft valve-drive to square

Pneumatic actuator RST/RAT for operation in “open-closed” mode and with flow rate control by pneumatic positioner
