The SPLC-NZS-5R5G4 frequency converter is designed for controlling water supply pumps, as well as other asynchronous motors with a power of up to 5.5 kW with three-phase AC power 380V.
This frequency converter features a robust enclosure with IP65 dust and moisture protection, safeguarding the device's printed circuit boards from dust and water jets when the device is installed directly near actuators in a contaminated environment. The frequency converter's price is indicated with its complete set, including sealed cable entries, a 1.8 m input cable for power connection, and a 1 m output cable for motor connection.
The front panel of the SPLC-NZS-5R5G4 is equipped with an LCD display, indicators, and a keyboard. Some keys can be defined through the menu and locked.
Control circuit terminal blocks:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals that can be used for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), between 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 scalable analogue input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA), which can serve as a direct frequency setpoint, or for connecting temperature or pressure sensors during PID regulation in a closed loop;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analogue outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for integration into an industrial process automation system.
