Rotary pneumatic actuator for valves: shut-off and adjustable type

Rotary pneumatic control SC-RAT/RST is a pneumatic piston with a rack-and-pinion for rotating the output shaft of a two-way valve or shutter to a quarter turn (90°), and it is possible to order a half-turn (180°) actuator for three-way valves. It ensures the operation of shut-off valves in “open-close” mode.

To regulate the flow environment along with SC-RAT/RST, it is necessary to use a pneumatic positioner.

Installation and setup

The shut-off valve actuators SC-RAT/RST have a universal flange according to ISO5211/DIN3337, suitable for connecting all standardized ball valves or butterfly valves regardless of the manufacturer. In some cases, star-square adapters or separate mounting flanges are used if the shaft size and view do not match. If you purchase a complete assembly from us, the cost already includes connection adapters and, if necessary, a pneumatic distributor.
