Valve DN200 Specialist — this is control and shut-off equipment for pipelines with a nominal diameter of 200 mm: butterfly valve, wedge gate valve, knife gate, or pinch valve.

Butterfly valve wafer type DN 200

Butterfly valve DN 200 with wafer installation - very compact valves that are installed between standard flanges. The 0~90° disc rotation can ensure both full opening and closing, as well as partial opening for throttling the flow. Intermediate stop positions provide flow regulation through the remote-controlled 200 valve. Thus, dosing, filling, and liquid level in tanks can be managed, as well as indirectly affecting parameters such as pressure, temperature, and viscosity.

SCBF-D673 non-removable cast iron DN 200 valves

Our discs are made of more expensive, but reliable WCB. The WCB disc is better than cast iron — it is characterized by strength and higher resistance to high pressure and temperature fluctuations, which is important for pipeline fittings.

DN200 PN10, WCB + EPDM (up to +95° C) — this is the standard version of the SCBF-D673 valve in 200 mm for heating and plumbing systems, for lines with non-aggressive water solutions, low alkali and salt solutions, diluted acids with low concentration, and at moderate temperatures.

WCB + EPDM SHOULD NOT be used with oil products and mineral oils, organic solvents, chlorine-containing compounds, and concentrated acids (acetic, sulfuric, nitric).

SCBF-D674 removable stainless steel DN 200 valves

For stainless steel discs, the CF8 or CF8M grade is used according to ANSI. CF8 and CF8M are similar in chemical composition to wrought SS304 and SS316 according to AISI respectively (the main difference lies in the technology: ANSI is cast stainless steel, whereas AISI are products obtained by rolling, etc.

DN200 PN10, CF8 + EPDM (up to +95° C) - this is a version of the SCBF-D674 valve with a CF8 (AISI 304) food-grade stainless steel disc and EPDM seat insert, suitable for saline, acidic solutions of low concentration.

CF8 + EPDM SHOULD NOT be used with oil products (oils and gasoline), organic solvents, chlorides (salts), concentrated alkalis and acids (acetic, sulfuric, nitric).

DN200 PN10, CF8M + EPDM (up to +95° C) — with a disc of “marine stainless steel” alloyed with molybdenum. Recommended for solutions with a small content of chlorides, mineral acids (phosphoric, sulfuric), and deionized water.

CF8M + EPDM SHOULD NOT be used for oil products.
