Screw compressor with receiver 7~10 bar, max. 2400 l/min, 15 kW SCC-ZAIY-20

Specialist compressors series SCC-ZAIY-20 is a ready-to-use assembly of oil-filled screw compressor 15 kW complete with a dryer and separator moisture separators, installed on top of a receiver with a volume of 300 l to save space.

This assembly performs several functions:

• air compression with adjustable outlet pressure from 7 to 10 bar (by default) or up to 12 bar (on request);
• cooling and efficient air dehumidification from moisture contained in the atmospheric air;
• accumulation of air reserve in the receiver and leveling of pressure pulsations in the pneumatic system.

Compressor control is carried out via a touch-screen controller. Model SCC-ZAIY-20 has frequency regulation, allowing the compressor motor speed to be adjusted to the required air consumption and save electricity.

Through a Wi-Fi connection, compressor parameters can be viewed and filter replacement notifications received on a mobile device or computer. The body has dust and moisture protection rating of IP23.

The nominal air production volume is 2200 l/min (2.2 cubic meters per minute). The actual performance, like any compressor, depends on the set outlet air pressure value.

The "4 in 1" compressor assembly consists of the following main elements:

• compressor
• refrigerated air dryer
• moisture separator group
• receiver

• electrical control system (controller and built-in electric cabinet with frequency converter)

We supply screw single-stage compressors of the SCC-ZAIY-20 series, which are ready for connection and operation. To power the compressor, it must be connected to a three-phase AC network with a voltage of 380 V and frequency 50 Hz. Connect to the air duct using a pipe with cylindrical thread (size depends on the model).
