Description

The cast iron manual valve model SCBF-D673-10XEX-200-H is a "butterfly" type adjustable disc valve PN 10 DN 200 with a cast steel body and WCB disc, EPDM seals. Unlike grey and malleable iron, WCB butterfly valves can operate under pressure and with hot water, non-aggressive gases, liquids, weak alkalis, and most organic acids. The working medium is checked for compatibility with WCB and EPDM.

The handle set includes an anti-rotation mechanism and a stop in 10 intermediate positions of the DN200 SCBF-D673-10XEX-200-H valve for throttling and regulating substance flow through the pipeline.

This manual cast iron disc valve is installed on a pipeline with a nominal bore diameter of 200 millimetres between pre-welded collar flanges ISO 7005-1(EN 1092-2). The body features lugs with holes for centering the butterfly valve between the flanges.

The manual drive can be replaced with pneumatic or electric. On request, this type of damper is supplied with PN16.
