Power circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-75G4 frequency inverters:

• Power supply from a three-phase 3ph 380 V AC network at 50/60 Hz;
• The linear output voltage ranges from 0 to 380 V, and the frequency ranges from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
• Allowable overload within 60 s is up to 150% of the nominal current value (in constant load operation mode)

Control circuit SPLC-NLP1000-75G4:

• 4DI — four digital inputs that can be defined independently via the menu selection. For example, the digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, skip frequency JOG, switch between frequency sources X and Y, switch between 16 preset speed frequency values, switch between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, activation of PID control, built-in controller program, etc.
• 1AI — one input that can be switched via jumper J2 to accept a corresponding analog current signal 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for frequency setting;
• 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for ON-OFF output signal about operating status, frequency or time counter achievement, completion of PLC program step or cycle;
• RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration into an industrial NL frequency converter set, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.

How to choose a model of scalar three-phase inverter series SPLC-NLP1000 380V?

As the output voltage of SPLC-NLP1000-75G4 is 380 V, three-phase electric motors 220/380 V will need to be connected using a star connection pattern. The parameters corresponding to this connection are indicated on the motor's nameplate. The frequency converter model should be chosen such that the nominal current and power values specified in the table are greater than the motor's parameters.
