Electromagnetic condensate drain valve with analogue timer of the SV-FDA-ES-22NC-15 series helps to set up automated drainage of condensed moisture from an air compressor receiver, filter separators, and other containers under high compressed air pressure — up to 16 bar. For connection to compressor equipment, the solenoid valve has an external cylindrical pipe thread 1/2 inch and an internal one on the output. Solenoid power supply — AC 220 Volts or DC 24V.

The automatic timer of the valve comes with it and allows adjusting two parameters: the interval between openings ranging from 0.5 to 45 minutes, and the condensate discharge time from 0.5 to 10 seconds. Adjustment is performed by turning the potentiometer handle. The condensate drain tap can be opened by pressing the test button. The pneumatic valve itself is normally closed 2/2.

The condensate drain has a bronze body and an in-built coarse filter. Such pre-filtration protects the valve from rust getting into its mechanism from the pipeline or receiver. For filter cleaning, manual valve shut-off with a lever is provided. Thanks to this, SV-FDA-ES-22NC-15 is reliable and protected from sticking.
