Pneumatic water separators for the compressor series SCC-WS are vortex filters that efficiently separate 99% of liquid moisture from the air stream under pressure up to 16 bar. For connection to the main air pipeline, the device has inlet-outlet with an internal pipe cylindrical thread 3/4″, 1″, or 1-1/2″.
The compressor water separator belongs to the cyclone type of separators. For dry air, it is advisable to pre-cool in a refrigerant dryer, so the water vapour turns into a liquid state, as this type of equipment removes condensate. The collected liquid in the bowl is drained manually by turning the handle of the ball valve (included in the price). For an additional fee, you can order from us an electromagnetic valve with a timer that will work automatically.
