Three-piece ball valve DN 20 with w-w 3/4″ thread and electric actuator SCBV-Q611F-16FC-20-HL-05-A is made by default from stainless steel and is used for automated control and regulation of flow proportional to a 4-20 mA signal in water supply systems, potable water dispensing lines, food mixtures, petroleum products, and chemicals. It is essential to check the compatibility of the liquid or gas composition with the valve materials: PTFE and AISI 304. If needed, contact and order from Specialist the same ball valve assembly with an electric actuator but made of different materials.

Design Features of DN20 3/4 Inch Electric Ball Valve

The standard configuration SCBV-Q611F-16FC-20-HL-05-A includes:

• Full bore ball valve, providing maximum throughput because the size of the ball sealing element matches the pipeline diameter.
• Three-piece valve body consists of the main casing and two removable end fittings (threaded part) with internal 3/4″ threads. We also offer flanged ball valves, welding or clamping inserts on request.
• Standardized mountings F05/F07. The ball valve and actuator have connection flanges between each other according to ISO 5211/DIN 3337, providing full compatibility and interchangeability of equipment, ensuring reliable installation, compliant with EU and Ukrainian standards.
• Flow regulation proportional to 4-20 mA signal. Virtually any industrial PLC supports 4-20 mA output and can control the electric actuator, but if necessary, we also supply 1-5 V and 0-10 V.
