SCC-FJ..-FL is a replacement filtration cartridge for the main air filters after the compressor series SCC-FJ. The filter element is mechanical and multilayered, designed for dust capture and removal of oil residue from pre-dried compressor air. The filtration degree depends on the chosen type of filter element:

The service life of the cartridge depends on the cleanliness of the atmospheric air, the quality of the compressor's oil filtration, and proper operation.
To extend the life of the 0.01 µm filters, it is recommended to sequentially install three filters 3 µm → 1 µm → 0.01 µm.
Deterioration of throughput capacity and increased pressure drop across the filter indicates the need for filter element replacement. A contaminated filter element SCC-FJ..-FL cannot be restored.
During operation, the filter element must remain dry. If the condensate level in the moisture separator exceeds the critical mark and the filter element absorbs moisture, it will cease to perform its function and will pass contaminated air. Ensure dryers, filters, separators, and receivers are draining condensate.
