Description

The threaded two-way ball valve 1 inch series SCBV-Q601-16FA-25 is used for controlling the flow of a liquid or gaseous substance in pipelines (close-open). The working medium can include cold and hot water, steam, lubricants, compressed air under high pressure, etc. The threaded ball valve has an internal thread diameter of G 1/4" (standard pipe cylindrical thread).

Features of inch-sized ball valves SCBV-Q601-16FA-25:

Type of valve: threaded, 1″ (DN 25 millimetres);
Body: solid cast (one-piece) stainless steel SS 201, ensuring high corrosion resistance and durability;
Ball: also made of stainless steel, but of grade AISI 304. The valve is a reduced bore (semi-bore), meaning the ball diameter is smaller than the pipeline;
Sealing: internal sealing elements are made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), providing high temperature resistance and reliability.
Manual drive: Equipped with a metal handle-lever covered in rubber for convenience. Quarter-turn operation for opening and closing the valve (do not leave in intermediate position).
