Technical specifications
Description
The rotor vane (vane) is an original part for the Specialist air impact wrench with a 1/2 inch square and is suitable for other brands if their dimensions match. The vane is made of structural thermoplastic. Wear or damage to the rotor vane can be indicated by a decrease in power and increased vibration of the air tool — in this case, the pneumatic wrench should be repaired by replacing parts. To ensure the parts last as long as possible, follow these recommendations:
- store the air screwdriver in a dry and clean box
- do not use the tool for tasks requiring greater force than nominal (max. 1200 Nm);
- use the correct preparation of compressed air: cleaning from moisture and contaminants, adjusting pressure, and supplying oil.
