Magnetic rodless pneumatic cylinders with guides, SC-CG3 series, are linear pneumatic cylinders with a moving carriage that has a magnetic connection with the piston with a diameter from 6 to 63 mm and is equipped with two built-in sliding guides.
Rodless air cylinders, unlike classic designs, do not have a rod, therefore, are twice as short in length, and there's no air leakage due to rod seal wear. This makes them reliable. Moreover, the SC-CG3 linear pneumatic cylinders have a high working speed — up to 1 m/s.
You can order a magnetic cylinder with a bracket for sensor mounting and with hydrodampers for smooth stopping at the end of the stroke.
