Air preparation units from 1/4″ to 1″, 1850~8100 l/min, 10 bar, 25 µm (SA-CU)

The SA-CU series air preparation unit includes a filter-regulator with a gauge and a lubricator with a connection thread of G1/4″, G3/8″, G1/2″, G3/4″ or G1″, designed for installation after the compressor on the pipeline to prepare compressed air directly before being supplied to pneumatic tools or actuating mechanisms. This unit performs several functions at once:

• Cleaning the air from solid particles larger than 25 µm with a replaceable filter element (a filter element with a filtration fineness of 5 µm can be installed);
• Separating and removing moisture and liquid compressor oil from compressed air;
• Reducing the high inlet pressure after the compressor and maintaining the set outlet pressure in the range from 1.5 to 8.5 bar before supplying to pneumatic tools.
• Adding low viscosity VG32 oil to the cleaned air for lubricating the internal elements of pneumatic equipment: pneumatic tools, pneumatic distributors, and cylinders. This reduces friction, protects surfaces from corrosion, and extends the service life of the equipment.

The SA-CU air preparation unit can be used on any industrial equipment or tool where a pressure regulation accuracy of ±0.5 bar is acceptable.
