Pneumatic distributors 5/2 series SV-C(D)-L(S)-52 with button for manual control

The 5/2 pneumatic valves of the SV-C-L(S) and SV-D-L(S) series with manual control buttons are designed for operation with compressed air at a working pressure of 0-8.5 bar. They can be used for building pneumatic circuits, controlling double-acting pneumatic cylinders, and other tasks. They are often installed on operator panels or control stands individually and in groups.

Five-line, two-position pneumatic valves have five ports on the body, marked with letters or numbers:

1. "P" — inlet for connecting compressed air supply
2. "A" — outlet for consumer 1;
3. "S" or "ExA" — exhaust port for pressure relief from outlet 1
4. "B" — outlet to consumer 2
5. "R" or "ExB" — exhaust port for pressure relief from outlet 2

Valves with internal cylindrical inlet-outlet thread G1/8″, G1/4″ or G3/8″. When selecting pneumatic silencers, note that the thread size of exhaust ports may be smaller than the inlet-outlet thread (see table below).

Five-line, two-position pneumatic valves with buttons are available in two types:

• 5/2 Pneumatic Valves with Spring Return Button LS (monostable), which in a calm state supply compressed air to outlet 1, while outlet 2 is connected to the atmosphere. When the button is pressed, the pressure will be relieved from outlet 1, and compressed air will be supplied to outlet 2. As soon as the operator releases the button, the spring returns the valve to the initial state.
• 5/2 Pneumatic Valves with Locking Button L (bistable) remain in any of the two positions after being switched by the operator until switched back.
