Air preparation unit for a ½″ compressor for 1.2 m³/min cleaning 1 μm (2 in 1)

SCC-FJ10-15-(G)-C-T is a compressed air cleaning system for compressor up to 1.2 m³/min high pressure up to 16 bar. The compressed air unit has a thread connecting size of ½ inch and for maximum efficiency it is desirable to install after the refrigeration cooler and moisture separator, or if they are not available, after the compressor receiver. Filters-oil moisture separators clean compressed air to a level of 1 μm. Filtration is carried out in two stages — coarse filter 3 μm and fine filter 1 μm. This design principle allows for:

• Less frequent system shutdown for maintenance (filter change)
• All types of contaminants are effectively removed: moisture, dust, and solid particles, as well as residual compressor oil
• When ordering assembly with a differential manometer, it will show the pressure drop and signal the need to replace clogged filter elements, allowing you to minimise pressure losses in the pneumatic line.

The cost of professional filter assembly for air cleaning for a compressor up to 1200 l/min includes taps and installed cartridges at 3 μm and 1 μm. When ordering the assembly, mounting brackets and differential manometer can be selected immediately.

Air cleaning system for compressor 1 μm

This set for filtration and cleaning of compressed air consists of 2 devices:

• SCC-FJ10-15(C) moisture separating filter for compressor ½″ with replaceable filter element inside "C" at 3 μm, tap for condensate drain. The filter also has a moisture structure
• SCC-FJ10-15(T) the same air filter ½″ as the previous one, but with filter element "T" at 1 μm. When ordering an assembly with a differential manometer, it is supplied with it.
