Pneumatic collet fitting SF-IPE

The SF-IPE Pneumatic Push-in Fitting is a full-flow quick-release T-shaped tee for branching pneumatic lines.

It can connect three flexible tubes made from polyurethane, polyethylene or polyamide with the same diameter — 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm. Both the body and the push-in are made of technical plastic in black or blue. NBR is used as the sealing material.

The pneumatic fitting is intended for compressed air at pressure no higher than 10 bar, but it can also be used for water, other liquids, or gases. Before use, make sure your medium is compatible with the fitting materials. Also note that parameters such as working pressure and temperature for other working media may differ from those specified for air.

The push-in fitting holds the pneumatic tube using a collet. The collet clamp type is characterised by fast connection and disconnection — to connect, you need to trim the tube with specialised scissors so that its edge is even, then simply press the tube by hand and insert it into the push-fitting hole.

Unlike other quick-release connections, this type does not deform the tube and holds it securely. Compared to similar white plastic tees, the SF-IPE series is relatively cheaper and lighter in weight.
