    Description

    Industrial pneumatic fitting series SF-EPC is a straight fitting with a plastic one-touch for connecting pneumatic tube with outer diameter 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 mm. It has a rear side with an external metric or cylindrical pipe thread ("male"): M5, M6, G1/8", 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2".

    Plastic one-touch fittings are made of nickel-plated bronze (body and threaded part), white or light grey technical plastic (one-touch part), and for sealing on the thread and pipeline, there are NBR sealing rings. These fittings are designed to work with compressed air under pressure up to 9.5 bar, water, and other working media compatible with body and sealing materials. The operating temperature range when using air is from minus 10 to plus 60°C.

    Advantages of SF-EPC

    • Plastic one-touch fitting SF-EPC-G is of higher quality than SF-IPC-G, as it's made of denser, stronger material and has greater weight;
    • One-touch connections do not damage the shape of flexible tubes, so they can be used multiple times;
    • Quick-release connections simplify and accelerate the installation and maintenance of the entire pneumatic system — to remove the pipeline it is enough to press the one-touch ring to the body;
    • Connections are reliable, ensuring the sealing of pneumatic lines.

    This model is used as a standard fitting for the Teflon tube for plastic feeding.
