Description

The SF-Z2612 series is a bronze fitting cap with an external thread ("male") size G1/8", 3/8" or 1/2", featuring a hexagonal recess for a screwdriver (Allen key).

Bronze, coated with a layer of nickel, is used for producing the metal cap with mounting hexagon. Nickel plating adds extra hardness and strength to the fitting, enhancing their wear resistance. Bronze caps of the SF-Z2612 series are designed for sealing openings in pneumatic equipment where compressed air flows under high pressure — up to 35 bar. Other working media are permissible, including water, liquids and gaseous substances compatible with nickel-plated bronze.
