Description

Wafer type butterfly valve stainless steel series SCBF-D674-10XEC/10XES/10XFS-50 is a dismountable and repairable butterfly valve with a WCB carbon steel body and a disc made of food-grade stainless steel CF8M or technical stainless steel CF8 (equivalents of AISI 316 and 304) at the customer's choice. It has a nominal bore size of DN 50 mm and is supplied with a standardized mounting platform for installing pneumatic, electric actuators or a handle sized F05.

These wafer-style butterfly valves DN 50 serve as shut-off and control valves – they can be used both in "open/closed" modes, as well as in intermediate positions to regulate the flow of non-aggressive gases, air, water, liquids with acid and alkali concentrations, food products, and chemical mixtures compatible with CF8M and EDPM (or PTFE). The default allowable operating pressure is PN up to 10 bar.
