Ball valve 2″ stainless PN16 DN50 with internal thread SCBV-Q611F-16FC-50

Ball valve DN 50 threaded, 2″ internal thread SCBV-Q611F-16FC-50 is supplied with a full bore diameter (the size of the blocking element matches the pipeline, which gives better throughput for high-pressure environments). The body is three-piece (three components): directly the shell and two removable socket covers with 2-inch internal thread. Flange inserts or welding options available on request. On the platform, an actuator or handle can be mounted. The design also includes an antistatic device and leak protection through the stem.

The ball valve is made by default from stainless steel 304 and PTFE for seat sealing. Other grades of stainless steel and reinforcement can be used for increased pressure. The standard ball valve SCBV-Q611F-16FC-50 has PN16.

Ball valves with a diameter of DN50 are used in plumbing, heating and water supply, and industry. They are corrosion-resistant for use with cold and hot water, steam, and suitable for many drinking beverages and food mixtures, petroleum products, and chemicals (it is important to check the compatibility of the liquid or gas composition with PTFE-Teflon and AISI304).
