Push-fitting SF-IPU direct tube connector

The pneumatic fitting of the SF-IPU series is a kind of "saviour" that allows you to connect sections of two tubes with the same outer diameter - 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm. The straight equal-pass connector with a collet can be used for all types of flexible pneumatic tubes - from polyurethane, polyamide, or polyethylene. The advantage of using the collet type of clamp is the absence of tube edge deformation over time and the possibility of multiple connections.

When working with compressed air, plastic collet fittings withstand up to 10 bar and temperatures from minus 10 to plus 60° C. In addition to air, the quick-release adapter can be used with other working media - water and other substances compatible with the adapter materials. It is important to note that when using other media, the pressure and temperature parameters may differ from those specified for air.

The body and collet of the push fitting are made from technical plastic in black or blue colour. To ensure sealing, the collet is sealed with NBR.

The pneumatic fitting SF-IPU is intended for general industrial use and is cheaper than a similar model made from primary white plastic SF-EPU.
