    Description

    SF-IPL is an elbow fitting from the black plastic series of push-in fittings. This pneumatic fitting features a hexagon for easy wrenching into the threaded hole of equipment:

    1. For screwing into pneumatic equipment, the fitting has an external 'male' thread on one side: either metric sized M5-20 or inch pipe tapered from R1/8 to 1/2 inch
    2. On the other side, the fitting is at a 90-degree angle and has a collet for connecting a flexible pneumatic tube made of polyamide, polyurethane, polyethylene or Teflon with a diameter of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm.

    The collet clamping type is quick-release, saving time for the installation of pneumatic equipment, and simplifying maintenance, as the pneumatic tube can be repeatedly attached without deformation after the collet, retaining its shape perfectly.

    In addition, collet fittings are reliable, withstand compressed air pressure up to 10 bar. The body and part of the collet are made of technical black or blue plastic, the collet seal is made of NBR, threaded inserts are nickel-plated bronze, and a sealant layer is applied to the thread.

    SF-IPL elbow fittings are among the more economical pneumatic connection types such as 'knee', relatively cheap, intended for general industrial use without harsh conditions and high reliability requirements
