The functional and compact scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-3R0G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network 380 V and control of three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 3 kW. This frequency converter can control pumps, conveyors, and various machines thanks to fine tuning of motor start and stop, adaptation of the output characteristic V/f to different types of loads, PID regulation, programmable operation via multi-step PLC instructions, and more.
The scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-3R0G4 uses the scalar control mode V/f. This mode is relatively simple to configure: precise entry of all machine parameters is not required.
The scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-3R0G4 has a protection rating of IP20, so it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets for protection against dust and moisture. If necessary, a remote control panel can be connected to the converter (not included in the price, available on order).

- The linear output voltage is from 0 to 380 V, and the frequency is in the range of from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Allowed overload for 60 s — up to 150% of nominal current value (in constant load mode)

- 4DI — four digital inputs, which can be set independently by choosing from the menu. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, skip JOG frequency, switch between frequency sources X and Y, switch between 16 preset speed frequencies, switch between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, PID control activation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — one input that can be switched using the J2 jumper and can accept the appropriate analogue signal of current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for frequency setting;
- 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for ON-OFF output signal regarding operating state, frequency or time counter achievement, end of PLC program step or cycle;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration into an industrial set of NL frequency converters, controllers, industrial PLCs, etc.
