Air preparation unit for a 1″ compressor for 2.3 m²/min cleaning 0.01 μm

SCC-WS-FJ20-20/25-G-C-T-A is an air preparation system for compressor up to 2.3 m³/min and high pressure up to 16 bar. The compressed air block has a thread connection size of 1 inch inlet, 1″ or ¾″ outlet, and for maximum efficiency, it is desirable to install it immediately after the refrigerant cooler, or in its absence, after the compressor receiver. Water-oil separators filter the compressed air to a degree of 0.01 µm. Filtration occurs in four stages — first, a cyclone separator, from coarse filter 3 µm to fine filter up to 0.01 µm. This design allows:

• Less frequent system shutdowns for maintenance (filter change)
• Reduced costs on the most expensive fine filtering cartridges
• Effectively removes all types of contaminants: moisture, dust and solid particles, as well as compressor oil residues
• Higher energy efficiency — minimized pressure losses, the differential manometer shows a drop and signals the need to replace clogged filter elements

The filtration and cleaning set for compressed air consists of 4 devices:

• SCC-WS20-25 — compressor water separator 1″ cyclone type. This air-water separator operates without consumables — it removes the majority of droplet moisture carried by the compressed air flow. Thanks to the dryer, filter cartridges remain less contaminated. The kit includes a manual tap for draining condensate. For optimal operation, it should not be installed immediately after the compressor but after the refrigerant air cooler, such as SCC-MPWF-20.
• SCC-FJ20-20/25(C) water separating filter for compressor 1″ or ¾″ with replaceable filter element 'C' at 3 µm, condensate drain tap.
• SCC-FJ20-20/25(T) the same air filter 1″ or ¾″, as the previous one, but with 'T' filter element at 1 µm.
• SCC-FJ20-20/25(A) threaded 1″ or ¾″, with 'A' filter element at 0.01 µm, tap and differential manometer.
