Latch for bulk materials DU300 with SCBF-BV2 pneumatic drive

SCBF-BV2-6JA-300-RAT125 is a wafer type butterfly valve with DN 300 designed for bulk products in air-gravity conveying systems for granules, concrete, or sand at low pressures up to 6 bar. Specialized pneumatic-operated butterfly valves of this series are more resistant to vibration and overload, have quick acting, and the cast iron disc is abrasion-resistant. Upon request, cast iron valves can be coated with an additional layer of rubber (rubber-coated disc).

• SCBF-BV2-6JA-300 — the butterfly valve itself with flanges DN300 PN6. Lightweight aluminium alloy body, cast iron disc, NBR seat.
• two rubber seals for flange mounting on the pipeline (as in the photo)
• connection of valve to pneumatic actuator, including ISO5211 bracket for actuator and shaft adapter (from octagonal star to square)
• SC-RAT125 — double acting pneumatic actuator.

In the basic configuration, the valve operates as an “open-close” shut-off valve, without spring return. For flow regulation, a pneumatic positioner is needed, and for emergency mechanical transfer to closed or open state — springs in the actuator.
