Description

Flange butterfly valve with rotary disc series SCBF-BV2-6JA-300 is used for air-gravity transportation of flowable bulk materials (granules, concrete, sand, etc.) at low pressure PN0.1. The series is designed for pipes to silos and hoppers with a nominal bore diameter of d 300 mm. This pipeline valve is installed using flange mounts with additional rubber seals between the pipe and valve, which are included in the base package SCBF-BV2-6JA-300 Specialist.

By default, we supply valves SCBF-BV2-6JA-300 with cast iron disc, NBR seals, and unpainted cast aluminium body, which reduces the product weight. Upon request, we manufacture valves with disc rubber lining and other materials.

At the customer's choice, rotary disc valves for pipelines and bulk material hoppers can be equipped with a set:

platform-bracket for pneumatic or electric drive, connecting shaft according to ISO (in the form of an octagonal star)
adapter for connecting shaft gate-drive under square
manual control
pneumatic drive RST/RAT for operation in both "open-close" and adjustable flow mode with pneumatic positioner
