The functional and compact scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-90G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network 380 V and for controlling three-phase asynchronous motors with a capacity of up to 90 kW. This frequency converter can control pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines thanks to fine tuning of motor start and stop, adaptation of the V/f output characteristic to different types of loads, PID regulation, programmable operation via multi-step PLC instructions, etc.
The scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-90G4 uses scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively simple to set up: precise input of all machine parameters is not required.
The scalar frequency converter model SPLC-NLP1000-90G4 has a protection rating of IP20, so it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets for protection against dust and moisture. If necessary, an external control panel can be connected to the frequency converter (not included in the price, available on request).

Power Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-90G4 Frequency Converters:
- Power supplied from three-phase network 3P 380 V AC 50/60 Hz;
- The linear output voltage ranges from 0 to 380 V, while the frequency ranges from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Permissible overload for 60 s — up to 150% of nominal current value (in continuous load operation mode)
Control Circuit SPLC-NLP1000-90G4:
- 4DI — four digital inputs whose functions can be defined independently through menu selection. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequency values, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, enabling PID regulation, embedded controller programming, etc.
- 1AI — one input that can be switched with jumper J2 to accept an appropriate analog signal by current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for frequency setting;
- 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for ON-OFF output signals for operational state, frequency or timer achievement, step or cycle completion of PLC program;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration into an industrial set with NL frequency converter, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
