Air preparation unit for a 1″ compressor for 2.3 m²/min cleaning of 1 μm

SCC-FJ20-20/25-(G-)C-T is an air preparation system for compressor up to 2.3 m³/min high pressure up to 16 bar. The compressed air block has a thread size of 1″ or ¾″, and for maximum efficiency, the assembly should preferably be installed immediately after the refrigeration cooler and moisture separator, and if these are absent, after the compressor receiver. Moisture oil separating filters clean compressed air to the degree of 1 ppm. Filtration occurs in two stages — from the coarse filter 3 ppm to the fine filter 1 ppm. This configuration allows:

• Less frequent system maintenance (filter replacement)
• All types of contaminants are effectively removed: moisture, dust and solid particles, as well as compressor oil residues
• Higher energy efficiency — minimized pressure losses. In the presence of a differential pressure gauge, it shows the pressure drop and indicates the need for replacing clogged filter elements

The cost of a professional assembly of air filters for a compressor up to 2300 L/min includes mounts, taps, and installed cartridges at 3 µm and 1 µm. The built-in differential pressure gauge is not a separate element, but integrated into the last filter in case of ordering an assembly with it.

Compressed Air Cleaning System for Compressor 1 ppm

The set for filtration and cleaning of compressed air consists of 4 devices:

• SCC-FJ20-20/25(C) moisture separating filter for compressor 1″ or ¾″ with replaceable filter element inside “C” at 3 µm, with a condensate drain tap.
• SCC-FJ20-20/25(T) similar air filter 1″ or ¾″, as the previous one, but with a filter element “T” at 1 µm. When ordering a contamination indicator, the filter comes with a built-in differential pressure gauge.
