Frequency converter SPLC-NZS-1R5G2 is designed to control water supply pumps, as well as other asynchronous motors with power up to 1.5 kW with single-phase AC power 220V.
This frequency converter features a reliable case with dust and moisture protection level IP65, which protects the device's PCBs from dust and water jets if the device is installed directly near actuators in a contaminated environment. The price of the frequency converter includes its complete set with sealed cable entries, a power cable 1.8 m for power connection, and an output cable 1 m for connection to the motor.
On the front panel of SPLC-NZS-1R5G2 there is an LCD display and indicators, as well as a keypad. The function of some keys can be defined through the menu, and they can be locked.
Terminal blocks of the control circuit:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals that can be used for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), between 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 analog scalable input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA) that can directly serve as a source of the given frequency, for connecting a temperature or pressure sensor during PID regulation in a closed loop;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analog outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for connection to an industrial process automation system.
SPLC-NZS0015T2B supports the following control methods:
- Scalar control method with multipoint adjustment for obtaining the V/f curve.
