Description

The bronze quick-release fitting from the SF-MPC series is a straight adapter with an external thread and a collet, featuring a metal body. It is designed for repeated and quick collet connection of flexible polyethylene, polyurethane, and polyamide tubes, where compressed air, water, other liquids, or gases compatible with NBR seals will flow.

Pneumatic fittings in the SF-MPC series have input-output:

External pipe cylindrical thread ("male") G1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ or 1/2″
Collet quick-release connection for pneumatic tube with outer diameter 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 mm

Nickel-plated bronze is used to manufacture metal fittings. The collet uses an NBR gasket for sealing, and the thread also has an NBR ring seal. Metal fittings are designed to work with compressed air at 0-10 bar, with a maximum allowable pressure of up to 16 bar.
