1 Inch (DN 25) Ball Valves

1 Inch (DN 25) Specialist Ball Valve — an industrial stainless steel ball valve for pipelines with a diameter of 25 mm. It stops the flow and regulates the medium's discharge while ensuring perfect tightness (class or degree A, no leakage).

Our online store lists prices for threaded G1″ two-way stainless steel ball valves. We supply three-way models upon request and can also offer all types of fittings: flanged, welded, clamp connections.

Nominal pressure: ru16 (standard), ru25, ru40, and ru64. For high pressure of 40 and 64 bar, DN25 valves are made with a reinforced body.

1″ Ball Valve with Electric vs Pneumatic Actuator

Advantages of electric ball valves:

• available power supply: 12v, 24v, 110v, or 220v;
• heating option available
• adjustable 1 inch ball valve without additional devices
• generally more compact compared to pneumatic devices

By default, we equip stainless steel ball valves 1 inch and flanged DN25 with a powerful electric actuator series SC-HL-05-A (adjustable type 4...20 mA, 220 Volts supply). ISO 5211 mounting pad size F-04/F-05 is used for mounting the actuator.

Advantages of pneumatically operated valves 1″:

• lower cost for shut-off valve (in “open-close” mode)
• simple and reliable mechanism easily handles harsh working conditions
• emergency opening/closing mechanism in case of power outage
• better responsiveness and speed
• easier maintenance and repair

We often receive orders for one-inch ball valves with pneumatic actuators due to several operational advantages, as large enterprises already have air compressors in productions.

Purpose of Stainless Steel Threaded 1 Inch and Flanged d 25 Ball Valves

We always have in stock single-piece, two-piece and three-piece ball valves made from AISI 304/316 with PTFE seat seal — suitable for high-temperature and aggressive environments: liquids, viscous media, gas, and steam.
