Description
Elbow Push-in Long Fitting SF-EPLL Series is a connector for flexible plastic tubes Specialist at a 90° angle, known as an "elbow" for connecting pneumatics to the air supply. This pneumatic fitting has two connections:
- The first connection has an external thread ("male") metric M5 or cylindrical G1/8″, G1/4″, G3/8″ and G1/2″. The SF-EPLL series stands out from similar fittings with an extended key insert.
- The second quick-release push-in connection "push-in" for pneumatic polyamide, polyurethane or polyethylene tube with an outer diameter of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 mm.
The body and push-in of the elbow fitting L-shaped SF-EPLL are made of white or light grey technical plastic, the threaded insert is made of nickel-plated bronze, and the pipeline and thread have ring seals made of NBR rubber. Therefore, this plastic fitting can work not only on pneumatic lines. It can also be used for transporting water, non-aggressive gases, and flowing liquids that NBR resists.
When used for compressed air, the L-shaped connector has a working pressure up to 10 bar (1 MPa), and withstands a temperature from minus 10 to plus 60°C. These parameters may vary when used with other working media.
Advantages of SF-EPLL
- elbow plastic fittings SF-EPLL series are of higher quality than the series of black plastic elbow fittings, as they have better plastic density and greater product weight with the same overall dimensions;
- push-in clamp is one of the best types of quick connectors, as it does NOT deform the end of the tube, allowing it to be used repeatedly;
- using quick-release fittings saves time on equipment installation and maintenance.
