• Powered by a three-phase network 3ph 380V AC 50/60Hz;
• The linear output voltage ranges from 0 to 380 V, while the frequency ranges from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
• Permissible overload for 60 seconds is up to 150% of the nominal current value (in constant load mode)

Control circuit SPLC-NLP1000-37G4:

• 4DI — four digital inputs, whose functions can be defined independently by selecting from the menu. For instance, a digital input can be used for the start command, forward run, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, switch between frequency sources X and Y, switch between 16 preset speed values, switch between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, engage PID control, program of built-in controller, etc.
• 1AI — one input that can be switched using jumper J2 and accept corresponding analog signal by current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V to set the frequency;
• 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for the ON-OFF output signal about working condition, reaching frequency or time counter, step or cycle PLC program completion;
• RS485 — RS485 serial port for industrial frequency converter NL connection, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.

How to correctly choose a model of scalar three-phase frequency converter series SPLC-NLP1000 380V?

Since the output voltage of SPLC-NLP1000-37G4 is 380 V, three-phase electric motors 220/380 V need to be connected using a "star" winding connection scheme. The motor parameters corresponding to this connection are indicated on its nameplate. The frequency converter model should be chosen so that the nominal current and power table values are higher than the motor parameters.
