Vector frequency converter 3-phase SPLC-HS320-7R5G4 series HS320 is designed for autonomous control of the rotation of a small power three-phase asynchronous motor — 380 V, up to 16.1 A, up to 7.5 kW (7500 W). The vector operating mode allows this frequency and voltage inverter to be applied for practically any type of pumps, conveyor belts, and machines.

The model SPLC-HS320-7R5G4 has a housing with protection IP20 intended for mounting on a DIN rail in a motor control cabinet (IP56) for protection against dust and moisture. The removable control panel, located on the front panel of the cabinet, facilitates the inverter setup.

Features of SPLC-HS320-7R5G4

This is the most affordable vector frequency inverter for 7,5 kW. It supports all necessary functions, but compared to other series, it has lower memory capacity: 7 preset values for a multi-speed program or step-by-step instruction; a time setting range up to 999.9 sec (~17 min), lacks RS-485.

One of the advantages of the SPLC-HS320-7R5G4 inverter is a higher carrier frequency — from 2 to 16 kHz (adjustable). This allows for better electromagnetic compatibility, increasing the carrier frequency for quieter drive operation.
