The functional and compact scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-110G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network 380 V and control of three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 110 kW. This frequency converter can control pumps, conveyors, and various machines thanks to fine-tuning motor start and stop, adapting the V/f output characteristic for different types of loads, PID regulation, programmable operation according to a step-by-step PLC instruction, etc.
The scalar frequency converter SPLC-NLP1000-110G4 uses scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively easy to configure: precise entry of all machine parameters is not required.
The SPLC-NLP1000-110G4 scalar inverter model has a protection degree of IP20, so it is recommended to mount the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets to protect against dust and moisture. If necessary, a remote control panel can be connected to the inverter (not included in the price, supplied on order).

Power Circuit of Frequency Converters SPLC-NLP1000-110G4:
- Powered from a three-phase network, 3P 380 V AC, 50/60 Hz;
- The linear output voltage is from 0 to 380 V, and the frequency is in the range from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Permissible overload for 60 s — up to 150% of the rated current value (in constant load mode)
Control Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-110G4:
- 4DI — four digital inputs whose function can be independently defined by selecting from the menu. For example, a digital input can be used for a start command, run forward, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequency values, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote increase/decrease of frequency, timer start, PID regulation activation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — one input that can be switched using jumper J2 and accept a corresponding analogue signal current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for frequency setting;
- 1DO — one multifunction digital output (relay) that can be used for ON-OFF output signal about operating status, frequency attainment or time counter, PLC program step, or cycle completion;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration in an industrial frequency inverter NL set, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
How to Select the Correct Model of Scalar Three-Phase Inverter Series SPLC-NLP1000 380V?
Since the output voltage SPLC-NL1000-110G-4 is 380 V, three-phase electric motors 220/380 V need to be connected using the "star" winding connection scheme. Motor parameters relevant to this connection are indicated on its nameplate. The model of the frequency converter should be selected so that the rated current and power values on the plate exceed the motor parameters.
